As part of its efforts to support vital state sectors through sustainable energy solutions, the Renewable Energy Holding Company participated in a coordination meeting held at the headquarters of the Ministry of Water Resources, chaired by the Ministry’s Deputy Minister and acting head, and attended by:
The Chairman of the Executive Authority for Drilling and Maintenance of Wells
Directors of departments at the Ministry headquarters
Directors and engineers from the Executive Authority for Drilling and Maintenance of Wells
Representatives of the Algerian company Lebkour (Wisent)
The team from the Renewable Energy Holding Company
The meeting featured technical presentations by the participating parties, including a visual presentation from the Algerian company highlighting foam drilling technologies, as well as a comprehensive presentation by the Renewable Energy Holding Company, which covered the latest technical solutions for operating water wells using solar and wind energy, with a detailed explanation of implementation mechanisms and operational and economic advantages.
This participation falls within the company’s strategy to promote the use of renewable energy across various sectors, especially in areas suffering from weak electrical grid coverage or high conventional operating costs.
At the conclusion of the meeting, both the Deputy Minister and the Chairman of the Executive Authority emphasized the importance of cooperation with specialized companies, foremost among them the Renewable Energy Holding Company, as a national arm dedicated to providing reliable and sustainable energy solutions that contribute to achieving both water and energy security.
