Renewable Energy Holding Company participated in the first meeting of the Subcommittee of the Renewable Energy Authority through its membership in the committee responsible for coordination and communication with the Permanent High Committee for monitoring the implementation of the African Union Agenda 2063 in the field of renewable energy.
The meeting was held on Tuesday, 14 October 2025, at the headquarters of the Renewable Energy Authority in Tripoli, with the participation of committee members from the Authority and the Company, as well as experts from the High Committee and representatives from relevant departments at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation.
During the meeting, the African Union Agenda 2063 was reviewed, and joint tasks and mechanisms between the High and Subcommittees were discussed to strengthen efforts in the renewable energy sector. Expert Adel Altoumi delivered a detailed presentation on the agenda’s key themes, aimed at achieving sustainable development and African renaissance.
